The JUST Research and Development Office, also abbreviated as RD, is located on the second floor of the Administration Building. This Office crews include a dean, three division leaders, a director of Innovation & Incubation Center, and lots of groups. The hierarchy of RD has three divisions: Industry-Academy Collaboration Division, Career Counseling Service, Research Planning & Coordination Division, and Innovation & Incubation Center, which are responsible for the research plans application, industry-academy collaboration, teacher patent application, technological level authentication, and alumni career counseling service.
